We always work with a price agreed in advance, or a clear indication, fixed before we start. You know exactly where you stand and never face surprises. If the assignment changes along the way, we discuss it first and not afterwards on the invoice.

That depends on scope. Web design typically stands within a few weeks; a store, application or platform takes longer. At the start you receive a schedule with clear milestones and throughout the project you know exactly where we stand.

We discuss it there and then. New wishes get their own estimate of time and cost and the agreements are adjusted in writing before anything changes. Silent change orders do not exist at Cuddy.

You get a small, fixed team that carries your project from start to finish. The people who make the plan also build it. No knowledge gets lost along the way and you never have to explain anything twice.

No. Every design is made to measure, fitting your brand and your goal. A template looks cheaper, but forces you into a shape that is not yours and that you will outgrow anyway.

In most cases, yes. We build integrations between systems such as ERP, CRM, accounting and online stores, from standard API to custom-built link. Your current software stays in place; we make the data flow by itself.

Yes. We first assess thoroughly what is there and tell you honestly what is usable. Then we take over its care: updates, bug fixes, monitoring and further development in a form that suits you.

We remain available. For most clients we take care of maintenance in a form that suits them, from a set of hours to a standing arrangement with monitoring and further development. It is never an obligation.

Yes. Companies engage us to lead their own initiatives: directing a supplier, guiding an implementation or getting a stalled project moving. That is not limited to digital projects; we also take charge of broader change programmes.

You do. Source code, designs and data are your property upon delivery. Where the software runs is agreed up front: in an environment of yours or on Cuddy's servers and services. If it runs with us, it can still be migrated later to an environment of your choice. How simple that move is depends on what we built and we discuss that up front as well, so you never face surprises.
